CANDLEMASS To Make First North American Appearance In 12 Years!

Just in time for the domestic release of their DVD retrospective, "Documents Of Doom", the legendary CANDLEMASS will headline the BW&BK 6-Pack Weekend, June 13-14, in Cleveland, Ohio. The festival appearance marks the first time the Swedes have played here in over twelve years! Since reuniting last year, the doomsters have been the hottest ticket in Europe, thrilling hundreds of thousands at festivals across several countries. After a protracted absence, the mighty CANDLEMASS will once more grace these shores, bringing songs recognized as classics around the globe.

The BW&BK 6-Pack Weekend also features: TROUBLE, NEVERMORE, KATAKLYSM, EVERGREY, JAG PANZER, ELEGY, WOLF, HYPOCRISY, BEYOND THE EMBRACE, EIDOLON, CAGE and two acts yet to be announced. Other artists will be on site, for meet & greet/autograph sessions, including: Pete Way (UFO), Tim "Ripper" Owens (JUDAS PRIEST), Ben Jackson (CRIMSON GLORY), Silenoz (DIMMU BORGIR), Kim Goss (SINERGY) and Jack Frost (SEVEN WITCHES).

Tickets are available from Ticketmaster, or through the magazine web site, where each ticket purchased will receive an enamel "BW&BK" logo pin, suitable for your leather jacket. All purchases through the web site before March 1 will be entered in a contest to win a year's subscription to Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles magazine (or a renewal if the winner is already a subscriber) and a BW&BK street hockey jersey. The prize pack has a value of $100+! Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries.
